Patriotic Pillow Pet

My house is quickly becoming a Pillow Pet Heaven. There are Pillow Pets on just about every bed, hanging out on the couch and propped up in chairs. We love our Pillow Pets!! Soft, comfy and easy to take care of; they are the perfect toy for your child because its not just a toy but a full size functioning pillow with personality.

Recently the older two Scribblers were sick and the thing that they asked for as they lay on the couch to watch Dora (over and over and over) was their blankies and their Pillow Pets. If that isn't an endorsement, I don't know what! I didn't have to worry about them ruining their pillows while they were sick, just pop these puppies (or tigers, unicorns or bumblebee) in the washing machine/dryer and they are good as new!

When I was contacted to do a review and giveaway of the Patriotic Pillow Pet, I was thrilled! Not only do we get another Pillow Pet to love, but this one is backed with a good cause. Giving to Military families!

About My Pillow Pets®

Since 2003, My Pillow Pets® plush folding stuffed animals have been bringing smiles to the faces of all ages. The concept for the snuggly companions was the brainchild of a San Diego-based mother of two, who had grown tired of picking up stuffed animals strewn across her children’s rooms. What began with the simple goal of transforming a simple stuffed animal into a functional item for children has grown into an amazing jungle of popular retail and wholesale products. I have always been very thankfulfor the military.

My husband and I are both US Marines, however, my husband is still active duty and set to deploy in a few short months. He truly is my hero. He has given so much to fight for our country with no one except his own to ever no the true loss to his family and friends.

So a big THANK YOU to my husband and all of our brave women and men who are serving or who have served. Thank you!

Like many of the comments above I also have a lot of military ties with family and have seen what people have to go through for our country to be free.

My dad was in the Army for 21 years so I am an Army brat, one of my brothers was in for six years, and my other brother is still in and just got back from being overseas.

Just seeing them be so loyal to their country makes me so proud. And knowing what they go through being away from their families so much makes me appreciate everything that they give up so we can live in such a great country.

What a great giveaway! I have been wanting to get one of these for Ryan : )

I am so thankful for my freedom-- all of it. For all of the servicemen and women who sacrifice so much to keep us safe. I am preparing to send my hubby off for 8 months in just a few weeks and I know that my little toddler would just love the pillow!!

I am so proud of you hubby! We have so much love and support from all of our friends and family, I know we will be okay! Even when baby number two comes, we'll get by and anticipate you coming home very soon!!1

We have choices in our country that some other countries don't have. Like in China they strongly discourage you from having more than 1 child. That would be horrible to me.
My husband was in the army for 6 years. He was in Iraq twice. I'm thankful that he is here with us now. I appreciate him so much.

Okay, my 4 yr old has been BEGGING me for a pillow pet so I'd be in big trouble if I didn't enter this giveaway.

It's hard for me to think about my freedom and why I'm thankful. It turns on the tears every time. Just the other day, a woman says to me after looking at my small children that her son (age 22) is currently in Afghanistan. My heart broke for her and I felt compelled to hug this stranger and pray for her and her son serving our country so that I may have freedom. My shout out goes to that young man. Thank GOD for his bravery.

I am so proud of living in the United States and for my step-son (Chris) who is in the Army and leaves for Afghanistan August 5th. I would love to win this Patriotic Pillow Pet for my sweet daughter who misses her bubby when he is deployed.
Thank you!

I would name this Patriotic Pillow Pet "Bubby" since my daughters bubby will be deploying in August. I think it would be a perfect name for him!
Thank you!
